Fully Electric CNC Booster Bending Machines – Booster Series

The VLB EB BOOSTER series of electric tube benders are equipped with the latest electric drive technology. With up to 11 fully electric drive axes, they can bend tubes with diameters ranging from 18 to 130 mm.

Equipped with a Booster system, it is possible to achieve radii as small as 0.8D with minimal marks on the inner surface of the curve.

The drives on all axes are optimized to reduce energy consumption and increase speed, making these machines ideal for high-volume production runs that require a high degree of uniformity.

    Programming is very intuitive and file import and export can be performed directly with all major CAD design software.
